Our grading system
As an outlet, some of our stock may have imperfections or damage, whilst still being perfectly usable. All our items are inspected, and assigned a grade based on their condition - with bigger discounts offered for lower grade stock.

All items regardless of grade comply with the relevant safety standards.

Grade A - New / Pristine
Our Grade A products are new, or in pristine condition (as new).
​
Grade B - Good
Our Grade B products have minor cosmetic damage / imperfection in an unnoticeable area.
​
Grade C - Acceptable
Our Grade C products have 1 minor cosmetic damage / imperfection in a visible area, or multiple minor cosmetic damages in unnoticeable areas.

Grade D - Damaged / Faulty
Our Grade D products are damaged in visible areas, and/or have non-functional elements or missing parts - but are still usable.
