Delivery

We aim to offer the best prices for our customers, so our delivery is charged separately from our products as it will vary depending on your order size and distance.

Collect from our warehouse, or have it delivered

Whether you order online, or purchase at our warehouse showroom, you can either collect your order yourself, or arrange delivery with our trusted delivery partners.

​

If collecting yourself, please ensure your vehicle is suitable for the size of your item(s).

​

Delivery options and costs are available during website checkout, or from our onsite staff.​​

Returns & Exchange Policy

Online orders

Business customers

Please note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to business customers. It is the responsibility of the business to ensure that the products purchased meet the standards required for the environment in which they will be used.

​

Consumer purchases

​All online orders are covered by the distance selling regulations:

​

Grade B, C and D Items - "Sold as seen"

As an outlet, some of our stock may have imperfections or damage, whilst still being perfectly usable. All our items are inspected, and assigned a grade based on their condition - with bigger discounts offered for lower grade stock.

​

  • Items with imperfections or damage will be listed as Grade B, C or D (learn more about our grading system) and a description and image(s) of the imperfections/damage included in the product description.

  • Grade B, C and D items are discounted accordingly and "sold as seen", and as such we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items, unless they are otherwise faulty beyond the condition listed (see below for faulty item returns.)

  • If you have any questions about our Grade B, C or D items - please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

 

Grade A or Faulty Items

 

Returns/Cancellations

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery and subsequently return the order to us within a further 14 days.

  • We will not process any returns beyond 14 days from delivery.

Our return process

  • Please request your return by calling our team or via our contact form.

  • Our team will contact you to agree suitable return transportation arrangements.

  • All returns must be delivered to our warehouse, where they will be inspected. Please ensure your order is appropriately packaged to prevent any damage in transit.

Faulty Items

Please report any damaged products to us within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise Sofa Outlet Ltd will not be held liable.

​

For other faults (such as reclining mechanisms etc.), you must notify us as soon as possible from delivery:

  • ​Within 30 days: we will replace the item or refund you.

  • 30 days - 6 months: we will either repair the item, replace it, or refund you.

  • Over 6 months upto 6 years: you may be entitled to a partial refund.

 

For faulty items, we will arrange return or cover reasonable return costs.

Changed your mind

​If you have simply changed your mind, please return your order unused and with any original packaging.

​

  • Please note, for change of mind, you will be responsible for any costs of returning the item.

  • If an item is sent back damaged or used, we have the right to only refund back the resale value. This can be up to 100% if it is deemed unsellable, so please be careful and cautious when returning.

Exchanges

If you place an incorrect order and would like to exchange the item for a different colour or variation, please contact us as soon as possible.

​

  • If you notify us more than 1 day ahead of your delivery date, we will amend your order.

  • If you notify us less than 1 day ahead of your delivery date, we may need to reschedule your delivery which may incur additional fees.​
